1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
2 Prêts-à-cuire du Boucher European Sausages (your choice of flavour), cooked and finely sliced
250 mL (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
175 ml (3/4 cup) crumbled feta
1 tomato, finely diced
2 green onions, finely chopped
30 mL (2 tbsp.) store-bought BBQ sauce
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange half the chips on a large parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. Top chips with half each of the sausages, mozzarella, feta, and tomatoes. Cover with another layer of chips and top with remaining half.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
Serve nachos with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
